At LifeBridge Christian Church we consider ourselves an
"Externally Focused Church."

What is an externally focused church?

  • A church that is inwardly strong in spiritual development and worship as well as outwardly strong in serving and loving our community.
  • A church that integrates good deeds and good news into the life of every member and attendee. It's about having an active faith that shows up in tangible ways.
  • A church that values impact and influence in the community more than attendance numbers.
  • A church that looks for the intersections of where our faith community can be helpful in fulfilling the needs and dreams of our city and surrounding communities.
  • A church that our community would greatly miss if we weren't here anymore.
  • A church that serves.

Service is that wonderful intersection where a need is met by someone who is ready, willing and able to do it. At LifeBridge, we believe that Jesus came to save us and that he came to heal and restore. People followed him, listened to him and were healed by him. The Bible also records in Mathew 20:28 that Jesus came "to serve and to give." We believe that the church is here to lead people to Jesus so they can be saved and restored. We also believe that, like Jesus, the church is a place of serving and giving.
