Description:
Zumba fitness mixes effective body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow, fun dance steps, maximizing caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Participants enjoy this work out so much, they forget they are working out, allowing them to exercise longer!
Cost $9 per session; once per week: $36/month; two times per week: $72/month.
