Pinehaven Mission Trip

Join some Adults 50 and Better, as they head out to Pinehaven, a ranch and school aimed at providing a stable, controlled, and secure environment where young people can reach the potential that God has placed within them. The men going on this team will work on a construction project, and the women will help out with ranch duties. This includes an opportunity to minister to the children and the staff.Cost of travel is $250-300.

Outdoor Baptism Event

Take the Plunge at the Outdoor Baptism Event!

The Outdoor Baptism Event on August 1, immediately following the "ONE" Body worship service at 10 a.m., will be an awesome opportunity to share with others through baptism the life-change that God has done in your life. Baptism is an act of obedience that follows the example of Jesus—a public demonstration of your belief that Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection has made it possible for you to be forgiven of all your sins, and allows you to have a relationship with Him, and be reconnected to Him.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game…

Join us for Faith Day at Coors Field! This year Christian artists ‘Jeremy Camp’ will perform. This is a great opportunity for us to get together, and enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon eating hot dogs, watching the game, and enjoying fellowship time, and listen to testimonies from Christian athletes. This is a great opportunity to bring your children, and to invite family and friends to join us.

LifeBridge has reserved a block of seats. Cost of tickets are $20 each, with part of the cost ($5) going to sponsor a Single Parent’s child to attend. Purchase your tickets during the July 4 Celebration, or at the Activities Center during regular business hours.

His Hands Ministry

Third Monday of the month, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

This group sews comfort items such as bears, pillows, and turbans for cancer patients that are then distributed to local oncology units in area hospitals.

Things to Know about The Gathering:

• We hope to be able to keep the cost of The Gathering at $8. If increased food prices force us to raise the price we’ll give everybody plenty of lead time.
• The Gala Gathering in January will cost $12.
• Tickets for The Gathering may be purchased in the Lobby on weekdays during office hours. Tickets are also available on Sunday mornings from 9-9:30 a.m. and from 10:30-11 a.m. If you attend church Saturday night or on Sunday, you can ask for an event registration envelope at the Welcome Counter. Complete the information on the envelope, and return with payment. The tickets will be waiting for you at the door on the evening of The Gathering. Cookson Hills Mission Trip

Cookson Hills is a Christian ministry that has been serving the needs of children since 1957, by providing a quality, home living environment, and an excellent Christian education. A group of Adults 50 and Better will head out to work on several projects. The men will work on a construction project, and the women will work in the clothing store. Cost  for trip only  is $250–300; trip with Branson Package (Branson accommodations, shows, and Silver Dollar City) is $300–400.
