Daneen’s Mission Website: http://daneenleidig.blogspot.com/
Daneen Leidig has been a part of the LifeBridge community since 2003. She was baptized into God’s family in May 2004 and started her first Women’s Bible Study in September 2004. She attributes much of her understanding of God’s word and what it means to be a child of God to the women in this Bible study. After having a heart and passion for Africa and its people for many years, she went on her first missions trip to Turkana, Kenya in Oct 2005. Since Africa captured her heart, she has lived in rural Zambia for six months in 2007, and spent six weeks in northern Uganda during the summer of 2009. During her time in Uganda in 2009, she felt God’s call to return to the region. The Lord amazingly connected her with a fabulous ministry organization, Scripture Union. SU-Uganda has a great vision to bring hope to the youth and adults of northern Uganda. One of SU’s main focus is to create Discipleship Groups with Youth. Since 2008, Daneen has served at LifeBridge as a high school sponsor and leader with the Student Impact Ministry. She loves working with the students, and is passionate about encouraging them to live their lives with Jesus by their side.
Daneen will serve initially for one-year with Scripture Union in northern Uganda. Learn more about Daneen and her work at http://daneenleidig.blogspot.com. Watch a great video (4 min) about Daneen’s journey to Uganda and back again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u83J5HAEfYk.

Greg and Shawn, along with their three children will be working with people in West Asia. Greg has attended an intense Teaching English as a Foreign Language course in Boston which enables him to teach English. In this way, he is able to be of service to people while through his own life he will show what a relationship with Christ can mean personally.

For over 50 years Orchard Group, formerly "Go Ye" Chapel Mission, has held to one single purpose: Planting churches. Orchard Group identifies dynamic locations for new churches in New York City and the broader Northeast, hires staff, and provides start-up funds to get the new church underway. The organization provides 100% of staff salaries in the first year of the new church, with the church picking up increasingly larger portions of salaries from year two through self-support at the end of year three or year four.
